Wednesday Night Dinner Registration

The Wednesday Evening Dinner is served at 5:30 pm in the Family Life Center. Dinner reservations must be made by noon on Tuesday. Complete the form below to make a reservation. Make reservations for children ages 3 years to 5th grade. Make an adult reservation for anyone 6th grade and up. Thank you.
