Writing to Christians, Peter and Jude address their readers as exiles, or sojourners who are living in the world, but citizens of another kingdom. These New Testament writers encourage believers to stand firm on the Word of God, to remain in the love of Christ, and to be a light and engage this foreign world in the power of Spirit.
Join us for this Fall 2024 series entitled "Steady Sojourners" as we pray and study the books of 1 Peter, 2 Peter, and Jude. Through these books we will be strengthened in the assurance of our faith, we will learn to have joy in suffering, and we will grow in unity and focus for our mission as the Church, all the while becoming steady sojourners in a foreign and turbulent land.
