Shadowbrook Weekday School offers classes for children fifteen months through kindergarten .
IMPORTANT DATES
• Registration is currently open for the 2025-2026 school year. If you are interested in enrolling a child, please contact us to set up a tour.
• Last day of school for 2025-2026 is Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
• First Day of School for 2026-2027 School Year is Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
• Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open for current students and legacy families on January 20, 2026. To enroll a student for next school year who does not already attend, please join us for our school tour and interest meeting on January 23, January 30 or Februrary 2 at 10 am. If you are unable to attend a tour, please download and print the Registration Interest Form located under the Parent Resources tab. Completed interest forms can be turned in Monday-Friday between 10 am - 12 pm through February 2. On February 4 we will have a community lottery for interested registrants. If your child's name is selected, you will be notified that afternoon..
*We follow Gwinnett County School closings throughout the year including any closing for inclement weather. We are open for GCPS Digital Days.

SAFETY
All staff members are certified in First Aid and CPR.
Our facility meets all fire, safety and building regulations. We have a safe, well-maintained playground with quality, age-appropriate equipment. We also have an indoor carpeted gymnasium for activities on cold or rainy days.
LOCATION
Shadowbrook Weekday School is a ministry of Shadowbrook Church and is located in Suwanee. The address is 4187 Suwanee Dam Rd., Suwanee, GA 30024.
We love being a weekday school that serves the Suwanee, Buford, Sugar Hill, Duluth, Lawrenceville, and Flowery Branch areas in Gwinnett County.
TUITION RATES
CLASS OPTIONS AND FEES FOR 2026-2027
Age as of 9/1/26 - Monthly Tuition
1 year old (15 months by Sept. 1, 2026) 2 day program M/W or T/TH - $285
2 year old, 3 day program M/W/F - $320
2 year old, 4 day program M-TH - $355
*Young 3’s, 4 day program M-TH - $355
3 year old, 4 day program M-TH - $355
3 year old, 5 day program M-F - $390
4 year old, 4 day program M-TH - $355
4 year old, 5 day program M-F - $390
Kindergarten, 5 day program M-F - $425
*Young 3’s is an option only for students with a birthdate May 1, 2023 – October 31, 2023*
A $250 registration fee is due at the time of registration for all students. All students will also be charged an annual Activity Fee of $100.00. There is a $100 Curriculum Fee for Pre-K and a $125 Curriculum Fee for Kindergarten. Our tuition payments are divided evenly between nine installments that are drafted throughout the school year. The first tuition payment as well as the annual activity fee and curriculum fee (if applicable) will be charged on July 7. This payment confirms and guarantees your child’s enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year. The remaining tuition payments will be drafted on September 7, October 7, November 7, December 7, January 7, February 7, March 7, and April 7.

One Year Old
- Teach them about the Love of Jesus

- Teach them through play, musical stimulation, colored visuals, and age-appropriate toys
Two Year Old
- Teach them about the love of Jesus
- Introduce social/behavioral skills
- Gradually introduce more structure
- Engage in activities where they focus on listening, counting, colors, and shapes
Three Year Old
- Teach them about the love of Jesus
- Focus on social/behavioral development
- Focus on social/behavioral skills
- Help to develop fine and gross motor skills needed for writing
- Teach letter recognition and letter sounds using Zoo-phonics Curriculum
PreK
- Teach them about the love of Jesus
- Explore imaginative and independent learning
- Teach letter recognition and letter sounds using Zoo-phonics Curriculum
- Enhance writing skills by engaging in a variety of fine motor activities
- Math addressed with use of playful manipulatives and games
- Science and Social Studies learning is built around monthly themes and Scholastic Curriculum
- In-house field trips throughout the year
Kindergarten
- Teach them about the love of Jesus
- Promote individual growth and foster lifelong love of learning
- Incorporate Zoo-phonics and Mindful Math curriculums
- Science and social studies taught through developmentally appropriate hands-on activities, in-house field trips and Scholastic Curriculum

All of our teachers are faithful believers and followers of Jesus. They are first aid and CPR certified. They also attend 15 hours of continuing education classes each year.

SUMMER CAMP
SUMMER CAMP
We are excited to announce that our 2026 Summer Camp will be held Monday, July 13 through Thursday, July 16, 2026! Church families, Weekday School families, and families from our community are all invited to join us for this special week filled with learning and fun.
Children must be 3 years old by June 1 and fully potty trained to attend. To secure your child’s spot, please complete the registration form and submit the camp fee. Please contact Jenny at jenny@shadowbrookchurch.org with any questions.

Students are enrolled based on their age as of September 1, with the exception of one-year-olds. For our one-year-old class, children must be 15 months by September 1.
